Intro
Another recipe I can't remember the origins of. Information below is based on WW Blue and points are correct to the best of my knowledge, however WW change the progeammes from time to time.

Instructions
- Season beef in salt and pepper
- Slice beef and wash in beaten egg
- Put flour in bag and add beef, shake
- Place on baking tray and bake for 25 mins
- Slice peppers and carrots and cook in a pan until soft
- Add garlic and ginger and continue to cook for a few mins
- Add lime, vinegar, soy, sweetener and honey and mix well
- Add hot sauce and stock and simmer
- Add cooked beef
Serve with fried rice or fried noodles.
