Chicken Ramen

 

Intro

This is a delicious and nourishing winter time dinner. The courgette and carrot are spiralised in this recipe, but of you don't have a spiraliser then sliced them as thinly as possible. Information below is based on WW Blue and points are correct to the best of my knowledge, however WW change the progeammes from time to time.

Instrutions

  1. Dice and Prepare chicken

  2. Fry the garlic and spring onion is spray oil

  3. Add the chicken and cook through

  4. Add the ginger, seasoning and 5 spice

  5. Add the water, carrot and courgette and simmer for a few minutes

 

This is a delicious meal all on its own.
