Intro

This is a recipe developed to go with the bang bang chicken recipe, but it works with many meals. Information below is based on WW Blue and points are correct to the best of my knowledge, however WW change the progeammes from time to time.

Spring Onions, trimmed and chopped

Instrutions

  1. Fry spring onions

  2. Add corn and noodles for a few minutes

  3. Add soy

  4. Make a well in the centre and add the egg, let it cook off a good bit and when it's mostly cooked start breaking up and mixing into the noodles.

 

Serve with Bang Bang Chicken.
