Churros
Intro
OK, I can't remember where this recipe came from, and it didn't really work out great. Information below is based on WW Blue and points are correct to the best of my knowledge, however WW change the progeammes from time to time.

Instrutions
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees centigrade (fan 200)
- In a saucepan combine the brown sugar, butter water and salt. Heat slowly until the butter melts.
- Take off the heat.
- Beat in the flour until it foms a ball
- Add vanilla and egg and beat until it goes glossy
- Pipe 30 4 inch churros onto greeseproof paper
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon and roll churros in the mixture.
